Harbor Escape provides boat and yacht rental services for recreational purposes along India’s coastlines. You agree to use our services lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to book or participate.
• Provide accurate and complete information during booking.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our crew during your rental.
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

Booking and Payments

Bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our website or authorized channels. To secure a booking, you must:

• Pay the full or partial amount as specified at the time of booking.
• Agree to our cancellation and refund policies, detailed below.
• Provide valid identification if requested for safety or legal purposes.

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental date receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the rental date receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the rental date are non-refunded.
• No-shows or cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions (determined by us) may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your conduct and the conduct of your group during the rental. This includes:

• Respecting the vessel, equipment, and crew at all times.
• Adhering to safety guidelines, including wearing life jackets when required.
• Not bringing prohibited items onboard, such as weapons or illegal substances.
• Compensating for any damage caused to the vessel or equipment due to negligence.

Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental without refund and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Harbor Escape strives to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, but we are not liable for:

• Personal injuries or property damage caused by your negligence or failure to follow instructions.
• Loss of personal belongings during the rental.
• Delays or cancellations due to weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service. You participate at your own risk, and we recommend personal insurance for added protection.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, and designs, is the property of Harbor Escape or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
• Use our brand name or logo for commercial purposes without consent.
